Whenever you wanted to change any settings, you use the control panel to access it. but there is one more trick through which we can see all of the available settings in a grouped view, this option is knows as GodMode in Windows. this mode can access all settings in one folder by simply creating a shortcut, and this feature also works with previous version of Windows.
STEP 1: first of all create a new folder on your desktop and name it as
Settings .{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
you can also change Settings to any other name.

after creating the folder Press Enter and the Icon will change to look like Control Panel like this :

after opening the settings folder it’ll look like this:
