How to Disable Last Seen in Whatsapp

Have you ever been into problem for seeing someone’s message on Whatsapp, well many of us have gone though this. Whatsapp doesn’t have the feature to disable the last seen though the app but yeah we can do it by two different methods so that no last seen will occur.

There are two methods to disable last seen:
1. Through an App
2. Manually for those who don’t want to Install any additional app

Disable Last seen in WhatsApp with Android App

There is an App ‘Last Not Seen’ which prevents Whatsapp from updating your status that you’ve read the message or not. Google Play Store lifted the App and it’s not available but don’t worry we have a file for it.

1. First of all Download this ‘Last Not Seen App‘.
2. After Installing the Apk file, open the App and then tick ‘Block Last Seen’.
3. Now open up Whatsapp on your phone and you’ll notice that Internet is disconnected on your phone, and when you’ll leave Whatsapp the Internet will get back.

So it was easy to do this with an App, now what if you don’t want to Install any additional App ? You can do it manually too. 

Disable Last Seen in Whatsapp Manually

1. Turn off your Phone’s WiFi or cellular Data.
2. Read and Send the messages you want to.
3. Now close Whatsapp and enable WiFi or cellular data again. when the Internet is back, Whatsapp will send your messages without showing your last seen status.

Disable Last Seen in Whatsapp for iPhone users

If you’re an iPhone user don’t worry there’s a very Simple setting to disable your last seen.
Open Whatsapp and then Go to Settings > Advanced and then ‘Turn off Last Seen’ Timestamp.

Right now there are no methods for Blackberry and Windows Phone users to Hide their last seen in Whatsapp but you can do it manually, and I hope you liked this guide  if you’ve any query comment below.
