Windows 8 already have a Option to create Wireless Ad-hoc connections using the Command Prompt. there are a lot of third party software’s like Connectify, Virtual Hotspot etc. to create an ad-hoc connection. Virtual Router Plus is another free Application which turns your Windows 7 and Windows 8 PC into a WiFi Hotspot using the Wireless Technology.
